Lynda Rubi Binos is a creative writer, poet and fashion designer. She is passionate about weaving words to depict the evolution of norms, values and cultures as they intersect with contemporary needs. She holds a B.A. in English from Bingham University and an M.A. in Creative Writing from The University of Portsmouth. She has received a fellowship from The Ebedi International Residency where she began working on her collection of short stories. Her works have appeared in Festivemedia, Thembari, Cambodia/ Nigeria poetry amongst others. She is the author of the forthcoming collection of short stories, Altar of Tradition, which will be published by Paressia’s Origami Imprint in 2021. Lynda lives in Abuja, Nigeria with her family, two dogs and occasionally feral cat.
