Adepoju Isaiah Gbenga is a teen author of ALAGEMO (Poemify Publishers, 2021), his manuscript that won the Pengician Chapbook Prize, 2021. He was longlisted for 2020 the Africa Writers' Award. He was selected as a delegate to attend the Young Africa Leaders' Summit to hold in Accra Ghana in November 2021. His works have not been published in the New Yorker, Granta and the Times, but definitely in the Institute of African Studies. He is
